We are currently seeking a Bolt Assembler who efficiently assembles and checks gun bolts to provide exceptional quality parts.

 

Job Duties: Day Shift Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm

• Production oriented, capable of producing high volumes of parts with exceptional quality by properly and safely assembling and checking bolts and other parts.
• Knowledge of gauges preferred
• Maintenance, perform daily cleaning and light maintenance on tools and other surroundings.
• Safety, ability to maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations, as well as keep a safe and clean work environment.
• Other duties may be assigned by Supervisor as needed.

 

Skills

• Attention to Detail and be extremely accurate when measuring parts.
• Ability to do repetitious work mentally and physically.
• Experience using measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, bore gages, etc., preferred.
• Ability to use small tools and perform basic mathematical computations.
• Ability to follow directions, set priorities, and follow color coded diagram.
• Teamwork, work with other departments to make sure that the part and processes are supported.
• Communication, able to openly communicate verbally and written with team members and supervisors.
• Willing to Learn, self-motivated, train others, and comply with ALL quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions.

 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Ability to work in a facility with a high level of noise, requiring hearing protection, and safety glasses.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and is free of lifting restrictions.
• Ability to sit, stand and walk for long periods of time, reach with hands and arms, maneuver fingers and wrists without restrictions.
